About Me
I am Maulik Koli, a Full Stack Developer based in Rajkot, India, with hands-on experience building production-grade web applications end to end, from database architecture and API design to frontend implementation and deployment. I take full ownership of the products I work on, and I bring a strong inclination toward clean, scalable code and well-thought-out system design.
I work best when given a problem to solve rather than a task to execute. Whether that means reverse-engineering a competitor's feature, designing a data model from scratch, or shipping an entire frontend independently, I approach every challenge with research, precision, and a consistent bias toward delivery.

Led end-to-end frontend architecture and database schema design for a Shopify SaaS mobile app builder, owning core modules from initial concept to live production on the Shopify App Store.

Architected full-stack e-commerce platform using Node.js, PostgreSQL, payment gateway integration, and BullMQ async queues for email processing. Achieved sub-200ms API response times under load via Redis caching, containerized with Docker and automated via GitHub Actions CI/CD to VPS. Covered payment and auth logic with Vitest unit tests.
Eklavya Tourism
A concept-to-deployment client project converting a small tourism business to a fully online operation. Includes a user-facing Next.js site with best-practice SEO, a guest payment gateway, and an admin panel, all deployed on a VPS via Dokploy at minimal cost. Built and shipped end to end independently.
Just Pick Already
Built a gamified AI personality platform using Next.js and Framer Motion with custom keyboard-driven 2D character movement, 100+ users, no game engine. Engineered server-side Gemini SDK AI pipeline with Prisma ORM, prompt engineering, and rate-limited endpoints to prevent abuse.
